Theresa has worked in the Human Resource field for 14 years. Since coming to New Zealand she has held numerous senior positions as part of management teams, mainly in the Diary and Health sectors. In 2000 Theresa establishing a Human Resource consulting business and currently works with a broad cross-section of industry including oil & gas, engineering, retail, manufacturing, health, energy & horticulture.

Theresa is able to add significant value to organisations by being able to directly relate to both people and issues. Facilitation is a strength that Theresa uses with styles and approach to achieve outcomes.

Theresa holds a NZIM Diploma in Management, Diploma in Business Studies in Personnel Management and has attended the Strategic Management program at The University of NSW School of Management. She is a registered psychometric tester with SHL and is a certificated member of HRINZ.
